Summer Group Fitness Series

Every class is welcoming, non-intimidating, and designed for all fitness levels. Think full-body movement, light equipment, fresh air, and a supportive vibe that reminds you just how good it feels to take care of yourself.

💪 Class Schedule

Session 1: June 2 – July 10 (5 Weeks)
No classes the week of June 23

 

Session 2: July 21 – August 21 (5 Weeks)
 

Class Times:

  • Mondays at 6:00 PM

  • Thursdays at 7:00 AM
