Service Description

Kick off your week with a feel-good outdoor workout at Millennium Park in Collingwood! This 5-week program is designed to help you build strength, boost energy, and feel empowered in your body—all while enjoying the fresh air and summer vibes. Each 50-minute session includes a mix of strength, core, and low-impact cardio! Please bring light dumbbells, a yoga mat and lots of water!
